We always have staff available 24/7/365 at our data center parks.

General enquiries (including questions about customer orders, invoicing, customer accounts and our customer interfaces)

  • Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central European Time

Support that requires a technician from the data center (e.g. a hard reset, connecting a KVM, replacing hardware, etc.)

  • 24/7/365 support

If you are already a customer, the fastest and most effective way to get support is to submit a support request via your account on Robot, Hetzner Console, konsoleH or DNS Console. It is often easier to help you via the ticket system if the information our support team needs is complex, e.g. if you think you have a network problem and you need to send our team MTR reports.
