Starting in August 2025, we have rescheduled invoice dates for a few customers. This change will help us distribute our overall invoicing workload more evenly and will let us process your support requests more quickly.
Where can I find my invoice date?
You can view your personal invoice date at any time on your account.
Will the amount change?
No, only the date on which your invoice is created will change. The rest of the invoice will remain the same as before: your invoice will still contain the services of the previous month, from the first to the last day. Only the date on which you receive the invoice will change.
Important note:
Our team unfortunatelly cannot set your individual invoice date to date of your choosing. Please do not ask us to change the invoice date.
