By going to 'Block/Unblock', you can lock or unlock a specific account.
This will lock the selected account's login, mail system, and access to the website.
With 'unblock' you can remove a lock that you have set on a specific account.
Our team may need to lock an account because of some form of abuse, like malicious code. Once you have fixed the issue, you can use this feature to remove the lock yourself.
With this type of abuse lock (a first-level lock), no one will be able to access the website. However, the account holder will still be able to access their account and mail system.
If there are repeated problems with abuse, our team will put a second-level lock on the account. With a second-level lock, you need to contact the support team. You will not be able to use the "unlock" feature to remove the lock yourself.
