You can click on your hosting name or domain. Under Services -> Block/Unblock, you can lock or unlock a specific hosting account or domain.
Block
Depending on your previous selection, you can either block access to all websites on the hosting account or just to a single website and the mailsystem.
Unblock
With Unblock it, you can remove a lock that you have set for a specific hosting account.
Abuse Lock
Our team may need to lock an account because you are misusing it in some way, e.g. through malicious code. Once you have resolved the issue, you can use this function to remove the lock yourself.
With this type of abuse block (Level 1), no one can access the website. However, the account holder can still access their account and email system.
If repeated abuse occurs, our team will apply a Level 2 lock to the account. With a Level 2 lock, you must contact the support team. You cannot use the "Unlock" function to remove the lock yourself.
