The actual availability of individual components can change depending on the specific server model and location.

❗ For certain enterprise switches, we have a switch management option. Once you start using this service, you will only has read access to the corresponding switches. If you would like to change the configuration, etc., you can write a support request.

Hetzner does not offer a switch management option for the 12-Port 10 Gbit and 24-Port 1 Gbit switches. This means that we only do the basic configurations and do not give you support with any further settings.
If you make a support request via Robot, we will give you the switch's access data. This allows you to configure the switch yourself. You can configuration the switch via a graphical user interface (GUI).
If the switch becomes defective, you will receive a new switch with the Hetzner standard configuration. You may need to re-do any individual configurations you had made. Normally, we will replace the switch with the same model. In rare cases, however, this may not be possible. You will then receive a similar switch with an identical port configuration.
