❗ We offer a switch management option for the 48-port 1 Gbit, 48-port 10 Gbit, and 96-port 10 Gbit switches. Once this service is used, the customer only has read access to the corresponding switches. Changes to the configuration, etc., can be requested via a support ticket. For more information, send us an email at custom@hetzner.com or create a ticket.
Hetzner does not offer a switch management option for this switch. This means that we only perform the basic configurations and do not assist with any further settings.
Upon request via the robot, we will provide you with the access data. This allows you to configure the switch yourself. The configuration can be carried out via a graphical user interface (GUI).
In the case of a hardware defect, you will receive a new switch with the Hetzner standard configuration. Any individual configurations you have made may need to be set up again. Normally, the same model will be provided. In rare cases, however, this may not be possible. You will then receive a comparable switch with an identical port configuration.
