Here, you can find an overview for how long we currently need to finish existing orders.

Note: This article does not provide information about the current availability of servers.

We apply the provisioning times stated on this page to new and outstanding server orders placed on or after the update date mentioned above, and we provide them for guidance only. The times listed here are meant to be a rough guide. If you made an order before the last update listed here, the estimate that you see here may be different from the actual time you wait for your order. We update the wait times based on the current capacity to complete orders.

We check and update these times once a week. Therefore, we recommend that you check this page regularly so that you always have the latest information about the wait times.

As always, we will work hard to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Note on ‘Limited’ server types

The availability of these limited offerings is dependent on the hardware used in these servers. We will only offer the limited pricing tier once servers with a significantly reduced procurement cost are available in our data center.
This can sometimes take up to several weeks for a meaningful number of servers to be available (mostly dependent on cancellations) and they will be offered as long as supply lasts.
Please note that limited offerings still contain all the service and support of a regular server type.

Note on 10 Gbit Uplink

We always consider an order for a server with a 10 Gbit uplink as "customized," so it requires a provisioning time of at least 2–3 business days.
