If you are receiving too much spam emails, you can take the following measures to reduce it:

  1. Set the spam filter on konsoleH to a more aggressive setting.

    • You can adjust the strength of the spam filter under the domain "Email; Spam Filter"
    • You can override the global configurations by going to a specific mailbox or mail forwarding entry under the domain "Email; Mailboxes."

Here you can find more information about this setting.

  2. You can also add email addresses that send you spam to the global blacklist. You can find this setting on konsoleH under the domain "Email; Spam Filter." Here you can find more information about it.

  3. You can create your own filter rules on Webmail or on your email client. On Webmail, you can find this setting option under “Mail; Filters; New Rule.”

  4. Please send us the relevant email source code or the email as an .eml file. Also, let us know if the email was not recognized as spam or was incorrectly identified as spam, so we can train the filter.

If, on the other hand, you often have the problem that your emails end up in the recipients' spam folder, this article might be helpful for you.
