Would you like to move your domain to Hetzner Online GmbH?
Follow these steps:

Get an authorization code (auth code) from your current provider. You will need this code for the transfer.

Cancel your account with your current provider and include the statement: "This domain is being transferred to another provider".

Select one of our web hosting accounts from our website. If you are a new customer, you will create an account for our administration interface, which is called konsoleH.

While ordering the web hosting account and choosing your domain in step 2, please enter the auth code into the correct field. If you do not yet have the auth code from your old provider, you can send us the auth code later in a support request.
We will start the domain transfer for you as soon as we have received the auth code. We will send you the login data for your konsoleH account via e-mail as soon as possible. You will then be able to access your account and you can begin to set up your website.
If you already have an account and you now want to transfer a domain to it, please send the Auth-Code and the complete Owner/Admic-C data in a support request from your konsoleH account. We will process the order when we receive your support request. The processing time is between 1 and 2 working days.
Important notes:

For many top-level domains, you can only transfer a domain to another registrar 60 days after you first register it.

If you are transferring a domain to us, we may charge you for the domain again depending on your order. This may happen even if you have already paid for the domain for a year at your old provider/registrar.

Additional costs for transfer may apply depending on the TLD (top-level domain). Additional information might also be required. In both cases we will notify you via email beforehand.
