The autoresponder lets you automatically reply to incoming emails. This is useful, for example, if you want to automatically notify people of your return while you're away.
To view the current status of the autoresponder, go to Webmail in the konsoleH (log in), click on Account → Autoresponder, and under Status you will find the information about the autoresponder.
To change the settings, click on Status or on the arrow icon at the end of the respective line.
Settings
Status
Turns the autoresponder on or off.
Automatically disable on
Here you can set a date on which the autoresponder will be automatically disabled.
Subject
The subject of the automatically generated reply.
Message text
The content of the automatic reply.
You can use placeholders for the subject, recipient, and date of the incoming email in the text. This makes it easier for the recipient to identify your automatic reply.
Interval
Set the interval at which the same sender receives an automatic reply. This prevents a sender from receiving multiple automatic replies if they send several emails in a short period of time.
