Emails count toward your account’s total available storage space.
You can view your current usage in konsoleH by clicking on the hosting name → Statistics → Storage Space.
All email accounts reside in the users directory within your home directory. The system displays the storage usage for each email account there.
Reducing Storage Usage
Use Forwarding Instead of Mailboxes
If you only need to forward emails to another address, you can set up a forwarding.
In this case, you do not need a separate mailbox.
Retrieving via POP3
When you retrieve via POP3, your client transfers emails to your local computer and then deletes them from the server.
This frees up storage space on the server.
Use maintenance
Use the Account Maintenance feature in konsoleH to automatically delete emails in the spam folder and trash.
Set mailbox limits
Set storage limits for mailboxes.
Once the limit is reached, the server will no longer accept further emails.
