How do I order additional hardware (using a drive as an example)?
To order additional hardware for a server, please send us a support request via your account on Robot:
Robot provides server details and your request is forwarded to the appropriate department. The installation of additional hardware usually takes 30-60 minutes. An installation appointment is usually available 24/7 and will be arranged with our technicians. Please include any questions you may have in your support request.
Note on the Server Auction
In addition to our regular server series, we offer continuously changing stock servers at discounted prices via the Server Auction. Some of the models listed there correspond to earlier generations of our regular series. Please read the following FAQ entry first.
