How do I order additional hardware (using a drive as an example)?
To order additional hardware for a server, please send us a support request via your account on Robot:
Robot provides shows you details about the server and can forward your request to the appropriate department. The installation of additional hardware usually takes 30-60 minutes. An installation appointment is usually available 24/7 and will be arranged with our technicians. Please include any questions you may have in your support request.
Note on the Server Auction
In addition to our regular server series, we have a continuously changing stock of servers at discounted prices on the Server Auction. Some of the models listed there correspond to earlier generations of our regular series. Please read the following FAQ first.
