Did Hetzner already transfer my saved customer data from konsoleH to Hetzner Accounts?

Yes, we already transfered your existing customer information. You can access it at Hetzner Accounts.

Can I still use konsoleH to manage my konsoleH customer information?

No. From now on, you will use Hetzner Accounts to manage your account’s contact information, payment information, passwords, and invoices. Hetzner Accounts is a central interface that lets you manage all of this information easily and conveniently.

Why do my invoices look different from my previous invoices since 27 July 2022?

In July 2022, we standardized the invoice layout of our products. Prior to this change, customers with products handled in konsoleH (such as web hosting, managed server, and Storage Share) got invoices that looked different from those that are managed in the administrative interface Robot or Cloud Console (e.g. dedicated server, Storage Box, cloud). There is now just one invoice layout for all products.

Do I still have access to my old invoices?

Yes, you will still be able to see your old invoices on konsoleH. Hetzner Accounts will only contain your new invoices.

How do I go from Hetzner Accounts to other Hetzner administration interfaces?

In the top right corner of Hetzner Accounts, there is an icon with 9 squares. When you click on this icon, you can see the names of the other interfaces and can click on them.

I am a reseller. Did the domain login also change?

No. The domain login at https://konsoleh.your-server.de/ is the same.

Do I have access to all Hetzner products using my new client number?

Yes! At Hetzner Accounts, you have access to all Hetzner products and services on all of our interfaces, including konsoleH, Robot, Cloud Console, and DNS Console.

I have two accounts and cannot set my email address for both accounts. How can I still log in?

The email address used for login must be unique - in other words, you can only use the same email address for one account. This might be your migrated konsoleH account or your robot account.

There are some alternative solutions:

  • If you have more than one email address, you can configure your accounts to use various email addresses for administration purposes.
  • Alternatively, you can use your email address for one account and for the other account the respective customer number.

Of course, it is possible to log in using your respective customer number for each account.

I have more than one account at Hetzner. Did Hetzner combine these?

No. If you already had an account on another Hetzner administration interface with a separate client number, then these accounts will remain separate and both will continue to exist. We did not combine them, and we do not have any current plans to combine them. However, if there is a high demand for combined accounts, we may consider doing this.

As a workaround, it is possible to transfer all products located in the Robot/Cloud account to the migrated KonsoleH account. Please find the instructions for product migration here.
