The account is most likely temporarily locked. You should have received an email about this. If you have not, please open a verified support request from your KonsoleH account.
I cannot add a CNAME record for a subdomain.
A and AAAA records already exist. In order to add a CNAME record all A and AAAA records for this subdomain must first be deleted.
How can I set up mailboxes for a subdomain?
The subdomain must be created as an account or as an addon-domain. Then you can create a Mailbox for that subdomain.
When ordering please select: "I want an account; the domain will remain with the previous provider"
Why can´t my script connect to an external SMTP server?
By default, only connections on port 587 are allowed.
Can I change the domain of my webhosting?
No, that is not possible. You would have to order a new webhosting or add the domain as an addon-domain.
I added a CNAME- or MX-Record, but why does it not work?
Please make sure that the target terminates with a dot "." if it´s an external hostname.
